ProfilePath collects the information needed to provide QuickMap, Manager Agility, account access, email delivery and administrator support. This page describes, at a high level, what information we may collect during the current pilot and how it is used.

4. Marketing consent
QuickMap marketing consent is separate from transactional emails. Transactional emails (such as your QuickMap result or a Manager Agility access notification) are sent as part of delivering the service you requested. Marketing communications are only sent where you have opted in.
5. Data access
Signed-in users can access their own dashboard and saved results. ProfilePath administrators may access data for support, pilot administration and product operation.
6. Data security
We use role-based access controls, row-level security and server-side handling of sensitive credentials. No system is perfectly secure; we work to reduce risk and respond quickly if issues are identified.
