1. Use of ProfilePath
ProfilePath provides developmental workplace behaviour insights.
2. Accounts
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for the security of their own account credentials.
3. Assessment use
QuickMap and Manager Agility are intended for reflection, coaching and learning.
4. Prohibited use
Do not use ProfilePath results as the sole basis for:
- hiring
- rejection
- promotion
- disciplinary action
- diagnosis
- clinical decisions
- ranking people
- psychometric testing or psychometric selection decisions
5. Pilot status
Manager Agility is currently a developmental pilot.
6. No guarantee of outcome
Results are reflective and developmental. They do not guarantee performance, suitability or future behaviour.
7. Intellectual property
ProfilePath content, reports, questions, scoring and design are owned by ProfilePath unless otherwise stated.
